In the Interest of conservation a catch and release policy for all species is in operation although anglers wishing to take a few fish home for the table are welcome to.
We hope you enjoy your trip out with us.
Rods and reels are available free on board Tor Mór.
There are an abundance of fish species available out of Portnoo and Rosbeg Pier. Species encountered include,
Mackerel, Cod, Pollack, Ling,, Red Gurnards, Thornback Ray, Wrasse Dogfish and Tope. Shark fishing is available from August to October.
Dolphin, Shark and Seal Sightings
We have encountered Common Dolphin, and Basking Shark, on a regular basis in Dowros Bay. Dolphins have played around the boat. There are large colonies of Grey Seals on Roaninish and in the locality.
