Bookings
All Bookings are subject to weather conditions.
- Please feel free to bring any food and drink which you require for your day on board.
- Extra foul weather clothing is recommended - Donegal weather can be changable..
- If you wish to bring some catch home with you, please bring your own cool box.
- Evenings at sea can become chilly so please bring warm clothing - especially for children – your comfort and wellbeing are important to us, and, add to your own enjoyment.
- Passengers are expected to behave in a responsible and courteous manner while on board Tor Mór.
- Life jackets are available on board, but if bringing small children you may wish to bring their own child sized life jackets.
- Accommodation can be reccomended for you in a local Hotel, Guest House or Bed & Breakfast if required.

Deposits are fully refundable in the case of a cancellation due to adverse weather conditions. |
Or, the deposit can be transferred to an alternative date. |
If cancelled by the charter party a refund of the deposit less a 5% administration charge will be given. |

Weather
The assessment of suitable weather conditions is at the sole discretion of the skipper.
Should conditions be unsuitable, an alternative booking can be discussed.

Payment
Payments can be paid through paypal. Look for donal.mcmenamin@gmail.com
Balance of the charter fees must be paid in full on the day in cash.
Damage to the vessel or breakages to hired tackle will be the liability of the person/s involved and must be paid in full.
Tirconnel Charters accept no responsibility for loss or damage to property or any equipment belonging to any charter party.
Tirconnell Charters does not accept any responsibility for cancellations due to weather conditions or any unforeseen mechanical breakdowns, which may occur.
Medical
Tirconnell Charters must be notified in advance of any persons with any form of medical problem or persons under medication.
Tirconnell Charters cannot be held responsible should persons under medication, travel on Tor Mór.
We don't object to your taking some catch away for your own consumption, and Donal will fillet fish if you require this. But we encourage the conservation of sea life, and therefore reccomend that, catches be measured, recorded and photographed if you like, and then returned to the sea.
Cancellations of Bookings
The deposit will either be refunded at the discretion of the skipper, or carried forward as a deposit to secure an alternative trip.
Any shortfall of the number or persons on a particular charter is the responsibility of the Charter Party Organiser.

Tor Mór is offering mid week Charters at 2010 Prices.
Day Charters Start at €450 for approximatly 8 hours.
Evening Mackerel Fishing Trips:
- Evening fishing for Mackerel or general fishing from Rosbeg Pier.
Lasting 2 hours approximatly.
- Price €25 per person for a Minnimum of 4 persons.
- Rods & Tackle are provided on board.
