Grilled or Barbecued Mackerel with a Citrus Dressing

Cooks in approx. 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 8 Mackerel fillets
For the Citrus Dressing:
- 4 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
Method:
Pre-heat Grill/Barbacue.
Grill or Barbacue the fillets skin side Up under a medium heat for 5-7 minutes, or until cooked through.
Whisk all the juices and the olive oil together
Place the mackerel on a plate and drizzle with the citrus dressing.
The thicker the piece of fish the longer it will take to cook. If necessary turn the fillet during cooking.
